You will be greeted with a warm herbal drink and given a few minutes to settle in. We chat through your consultation form together, then you move to the couch, which adjusts for your comfort, for warm towels and your treatment.
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands and ears. It is based on the theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body.

After 30 rewarding years in the Fire Service, I decided it was the right time for a new chapter and followed my passion for helping others feel calmer, happier and more balanced.
